- Taught Malayalam (the Official Language of Kerala State) at the high school level for nine years.
- Earned three master’s degrees from Calicut University during this period through private study.
- Published a book titled “Muhurkkaappilamma Charitham Kilippattu” in 1997 that narrates the history of Goddess Durga in a poetic form known as kilippattu
- Served as a judge for several years for several Art Competitions at Youth festivals, Keralolsavam, and Sanskrit language competitions at the annual Kerala School Kalolsavam (Arts Festival) from 1995 to 1999.
